Product Design

MCCI offers a family of USB software and firmware modules, including high-performance Windows and MacOS drivers, packaged as complete kits to help large volume OEMs develop high quality USB peripherals in a short time. MCCI can supply firmware starter kits to be modified by its customers, or can develop complete peripherals based on these starter kits.

At the customer's option, MCCI can provide hardware designs, firmware, and WDM drivers for Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, and XP.

Product Testing

MCCI has a USB test lab facility that can provide WHQL testing services, ExpressCard Certification Testing, PictBridge Certification Testing, and USB-IF Logo Certification testing.

Silicon Design Verification

It is difficult to verify the design of USB device silicon using only simulation and simple traffic generation. MCCI's USB technology, the USB DataPump and our driver suite, allow us to develop realistic test devices, and take them through the entire qualification process. We have saved many mask spins for our customers, and found many problems before they reached mass production.

USB 2.0 Training Courses

MCCI offers a variety of training courses in USB technology. Taught by MCCI's Paul Berg, the chair of the USB Device Working Group, these courses give you a rapid, hands-on introduction to USB 2.0 technology. These courses are taught at your facility.
